Rosin is the name given to the cannabis resin that is extracted only by pressure and heat.

Thus, rosin is an absolutely pure concentrate, free of any solvents such as alcohol or butane gas.

Due to the purity, but also because of the much less dangerous production, extraction with special raisin presses is becoming increasingly popular.

With the 'Qnubo' press, raisin extraction is child's play and will also be easy for extraction beginners.

Great with this press are the suction cup feet, which ensure the safest stand.

And the uncomplicated application speaks for itself: Simply pack flowers, buds or other herbal material in a suitable rosin filter bag and then in baking paper, heat the press to the desired temperature (digital display), place the press material between the press plates, lock the press using the hooking mechanism, set the timer to the desired duration and off you go!

With a pressure of 600kg, the press presses the precious rosin out of the plant material reliably, without any effort and without any risk of explosion.

Since the rosin can run out on the sides of the press plate, we recommend building a 'boat' with a drain from the baking paper.

The right choice of temperature and the duration of the pressing process depends heavily on the type, quality and condition of the starting material and often requires testing with smaller quantities.

As a guideline, 'Qnubu' recommends 90° C with a pressing time of 60 seconds.

We also recommend placing the rosin directly in the freezer after pressing. This prevents the terpenes from breaking down and losing the taste.

Either you work directly with baking paper, which is coated with silicone, or you also use the Rosin Bags, the disadvantage of the Rosin Bags is that it can happen that some of the resin/wax sticks to the bag.

It is important that you do not use rosin bags smaller than 120mc, otherwise much more will stick and you will get less resins/waxes.

Another important point about the Qnubu Rosin press is that it has to be a very resinous product so that you can get about 10 – 15% out of it, otherwise the pressure would have to be a little higher.

But from your own experience you have noticed that you have to practice a little with the Rosin press first until you can achieve the desired result.
